1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swim goggles or caps (due to hygiene)
  • Opened or used fins, snorkels, or swimwear
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

4. Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange, contact us first with photos and order info.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
